Creator of the UGRs concept, Steve is the author of ‘UGRs: Cracking the Corporate Culture Code’ and is co-author of the recently released book ‘A Culture Turned. He has a Masters Degree from the University of Alberta in Canada, and was invited to undertake an Australian city lecture tour with Harvard Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter.
